To verify vital temperature changes in culture dishes Place the adhesive LCThermometer™ in a dish and load the dish with culture media and mineral oil like a standard procedure. Equilibrate the dish in the incubator. Use the dish to simulate your handling process to detect temperature losses in the culture media. Repeat the simulation of the handling process placing the dish on a LivingCell ThermoCoin™.
	To verify uniformity of a heated surface Place the adhesive LCThermometer on a ThermoCoin™ and move the ThermoCoin™ around on a heated surface to verify the uniformity.
To verify stability of a heated surface Place the adhesive LCThermometer™ on the surface of any heating devise you may wish to check for heat stability..Check the reading on a continuously basis to verify the stability of the heating devise.
