System for continuous pH monitoring in incubators
pH Online™
pH is one of the most critical parameters influencing the performance of media as measured by embryonic development and viability. Typically, checking media pH by conventional pH meters is too cumbersome and time-consuming to be done in regular intervals.
Our pH Online™ system is able to continuously monitor media pH in a reference dish placed in the incubator. Due to a special type of pH sensor and fiber optics, pH values are taken through the wall of the culture dish, using a non-contact technology. An easy to use software displays and stores pH values in real time. Available as a multi-channel device, pH Online™ is able to monitor pH in up to 10 incubators simultaneously.
System Components:
- pH Online™ pH meter (single channel, 4 channel or 10 channel system)
- holding rack for reference dishes
- reference dishes with integrated pH sensors (sterile, one-way use)
- fiber optics connecting the pH meter to the holding rack
- software for display and storage of data
